I can't tell, I don't think I've ever tried roasted pistachios. Ingredients only mention peanuts & sea salt. No mention of roasting or oil on the bag, anywhere. **Q: Are these raw or roasted?** A: The back of the package refers to their roasted flavor so I’m pretty sure they are roasted.
