In general, I cannot say enough good things about the "Octonauts" series in general. My favorite as a parent is the "Creature Report", you learn so many fascinating facts about marine biology. They always show a real picture of the animal in the episode at the end, and sometimes this is astounding, in that you never knew the ocean had an amazing creature like the one featured; one of my preschooler's favorite is the Cone Snail, a snail that shoots poisonous harpoons out of its cannon-shaped nose in defense. Don't mess with that snail! Review: Great for my toddlers - My daughter was so excited to get this DVD in the mail. She has been watching octonauts for over a year. I love how it teaches sea creatures and she catches onto vocabulary as she repeats after her favorite characters. At home she watches their youtube channel which has excerpts from all these episodes, so this DVD allows her to see the rest of the show and since we have a DVD player in the car, it makes trips a breeze.
