Bought for my Pilates classes
Needed extra padding for my knees in pilates class and this is small enough to fit in my bag and thick enough to protect my kneecaps. It’s small though… about 16 inches long. If you want to place both knees on it at the same time, you might need the longer one, or buy 2 of these.

Works perfectly!
I use for my barre class. There are some plank and plank-like positions I can't stay in for long and have to come down to my knees. I was getting cramps/lock-ups with excruciating pain behind my knee caps because of the hard flooring. Much better after using this.

Small and thin not worth $10.99
Photo shows knee pad compared to business envelope. I guess I didn’t look at the dimensions of this”knee pad” carefully enough. It is basically a VERY small thin piece of costly foam rubber—not much support for knees on a hardwood gym floor. I guess the cost of foam rubber is up. This piece cost $10.99 and it’s basically worthless! I’m a thin person but I guess I needed to buy 2 pads for my two knees and spend $22 on cheap thin foam rubber. No thanks!
