Because they are so hard they might be a little difficult to work with after but they will do the job. **Q: can these be drilled to slightly enlarge a hole or will they split?** A: I haven't had a need to drill out these, but in my past experience, when you drill out the hole to make it slightly bigger, the drill catches the rubber and tares the rubber up.
