Our La Barbacoa propane gas chili roaster can be used on a tabletop or paired with the included La Barbacoa portable charcoal grill. This grill doubles as a stand as well as an optional roasting medium. These roasters are great for roasting chiles but are also perfect for roasting all sorts of vegetables such as corn, bell peppers, squash, and anything else that needs to be roasted. If roasting coffee or other small items a smaller mesh screen should be used.
