What I did was fill the bottles up with water and placed the bottle inside the warmer a bit of warning tho, it gets hot so only put it in there 30 min before time of feeding the bottle was so hot I had to add ice, anyway it worked like a charm. The only complaint is it takes 30-45 min to reach a hot temp so think ahead and plan ahead for feedings set and alarm 30-45 before so you can have a warm bottle. There were 3 in the packet and the first one we tried did not even warm up, so I am not sure what happened. On top of that, it was impossible to fit over our Doc Brown's bottle.
