So i purchased this because my galaxy S 3 Screen got cracked and i needed a new one well it arrived in one- two days  well when it got here it was shattered  came with quite a few tools tho more then in the pick. but i  was upset wasn't sure if the ups guy did it when he dropped it at my door or if it got broken in the process anyways i also noticed I ordered the Mini so it never would have worked I immediately called them up and told them hey the ups guy dropped it at my door i opened it and its shattered so customer service helped me out was really nice and understood and i told them also i ordered the s3 mini and i have the s3 so she said not a problem we will have one shipped out to you today. and they did they sent me a email with tracking and it was here in two days arrived today packaged nicely this time was the right size and looks brand new also came with a free gift :D SO big apple  celluar I would like to thank you for your wonderful customer service and fast service.
