**Q: What is the specified maximum temperature that this float will be warrantied for?**
A: Didn't come with any such specifics. I wouldn't  use this product. The valve it comes with does not off if the psi is above ten.

**Q: can it be used in a fuel tank**
A: It's the same material as a plastic gas can so I would assume so.  I am,  however, no expert.

**Q: Can this be used to replace ball float in toilet?**
A: Kerick valves are used primarily for industrial equipment applications. In most cases you would not use the Kerick valve float assembly in a toilet application, unless you are willing to make modifications to the entire toilet float assembly. It would be easier to go to your local hardware store and buy a standard float ball assembly specifically used for toilets.
