On the back of the board there are 4 pins, one row of two pins is marked 60% and one row is marked off. Jumpers are included in the box. Jumper 60% to dim the LEDs, jumper off to turn off the LEDs completely. **Q: How many amps is this safley rated for? I have 2 fans pulling 4A ea.** A: 32watts total or 8 watts per channel = to .75amp or 750ma per fan max. **Q: Will this read microsd cards without needing to use an adapter? thank you** A: Yes, it has a slot for microSD cards, so it CAN read microSD cards without an adapter. But, ALL of the card slots hub through a USB 2.0 circuit board. So don't expect any card slot on this device to read/write at USB 3.0 speeds! **Q: does this come with cables, instructions, are drivers needed/included?
