I'm not a big sweater and yet this still didn't help. I'd mostly use it on the back of my knees and legs in general but it absorbed fast and within 5 minutes it already feels like I need more. I wanted to be able to use this on a vacation to a humid country. I'm in AZ and tried it out. If it doesn't work in AZ and have no faith that'll it'll work in a humid climate.
