I suffer with Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) which keeps me from sleeping. The Nutrivee product contains phages that kill bad bacteria in our gut.. Since I started taking this, I have not had one night with RLS!! I know about the theory that many people with RLS actually have Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) but I don't have any of the symptoms of SIBO so I always discounted the possibility.I was having a particularly bad RLS night recently. None of my usual tricks helped at all. I was at about the 4 hour mark for not going back to sleep - argh. I was in my kitchen trying to think of something else to try. I spotted the bottle of Nutrivee that I hadn't opened yet. I thought, what the heck, maybe it might help. After suffering for 4 hours like I said, I took one pill and fell asleep in minutes. And I have slept well every night since then! I take one right as I'm going to bed. I keep the bottle next to my bed just in case I need to take another. This happens some nights and I go right back to sleep.I eat healthy, exercise, try and eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. I regularly take probiotics and antioxidants - live a pretty healthy life but obviously needed some assistance. This has truly been a miracle for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 2 people and a puppy had a severe reaction *by J***N on July 19, 2019* I feel bad writing this review, but I had to return the item after suffering a severe reaction within 24 hours of taking the prebiotic. I originally got this for my puppy who had Giardia and with so much antibiotics constantly given was recently diagnosed with IBD due to so much inflammation/allergies/infections in her GI tract. She has overgrowth of Shigella 63% and Clostridium Perfergens 29% of her overall GI health and not much else (got her tested for toxins and animal biome additional test found out the percentages and of what bacteria. It was recommended besides an FMT (fecal Microbial Transplant) to change her diet, suppliments, ect. One of the suggested items was a prebiotic containing phage technology to hopefully kill off the bad bacteria using these phages.LH01 – MyoviridaeLL5 – SiphoviridaeT4D – MyovirdaeLL 12 – MyoviridaThe added probitoics was a bonus. In theory the phages would kill off bad bacteria and produce food for the good bacteria would would explode in growth with the help of them supporting your gut with a healthy biome. Here is where things went wrong. I gave one to my puppy, and I took one as well, after all its good for everyone. I also gave one to my spouse to share the love of a healthy boost. Well by the next morning, my throat is raging sore, I'm coughing, hurts to swallow and my throat and chest are tight trying to breathe. I thought it was just me until my pup was coughing and licking the air making me wonder if its a bad bottle. I felt sick sick like strep throat sick and seeing the puppy also sick, I reached for a benedril and gave it to her to play it safe while I took an allergy tab too just in case its some sort of reaction. What confirmed it even more was when my spouse woke up complaining of a very sore throat. This is coming from someone who does not get sick very often at all. I am hoping this was just a bad bottle. I am glad this worked for others, but for me. I did not have such luck at all. This prebiotic, if not careful will get you my pretty, and your little dog too!Update: I been sick now for about a week with hard time breathing. I think I reacted badly to the probiotics and now have some sort of upper respiratory infection. Not saying this will or will not work for you. Its obviously worked for some with great outcomes. It sadly didn't work for me. I must be super sensitive to what ever they use. I will say I used Dr. Tobias prebiotics before this for a few weeks with no issues what so ever. It just has the Phages and no probiotics. If you have a great probiotic you love, use that and just add the phages. If you have nothing like I do for a probiotic, this may work for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Near Immediate Relief *by A***A on November 6, 2017* This prebiotic really does work within hours to reduce stomachache and bloating. I have lupus with Sjogren's Syndrome, and I have to take prophylactic antibiotics. I get bowel inflammation, and I am reasonably sure that my gut biome is a mess. Probiotics have been in my pillbox for years, but I'm getting serious about it now.
