Review: Hue Great but desertcart sent used faulty goods. - I have given this 5 stars but a word of warning re desertcart. This was a box of three . The hue box was not sealed. Inside was only one lamp instead of three. That one was also broken with black scorch marks. desertcart replaced the product without issue, the non new one was sent back. So onto the NEW product, as always they work perfectly well this set of lamps is for our daughters room. As always easy to set up and they do last as Hue products are quality. I have a few bulbs and all have worked continuously for several years. I am concerned though about desertcarts selling practices, in recent times this is not the first occurrence of them sending opened or faulty products that are described as new.

I have given this 5 stars but a word of warning re AMAZON. This was a box of three . The hue box was not sealed. Inside was only one lamp instead of three. That one was also broken with black scorch marks. Amazon replaced the product without issue, the non new one was sent back. So onto the NEW product, as always they work perfectly well this set of lamps is for our daughters room. As always easy to set up and they do last as Hue products are quality. I have a few bulbs and all have worked continuously for several years.
