**Q: Is this supposed to be thin like milk?**
A: Our shampoos are expected to feel different from regular shampoos because they are SLS - free and very mild. They do not have sugar and as a result, the consistency is on the thinner side.

They are not as thin as milk, but lighter than regular shampoos.

They also make less lather vs. usual shampoos, and that’s because of their gentle formulas since foaming agents usually strip the cuticle and because Sulfate-free also comes with less lather. 

They will provide you with the right lasting cleanse without damaging the cuticle!

**Q: Is this organic?**
A: Our products are not certified organic but all contain natural ingredients. All of our products are sls-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free and vegan (with the exception of our Power Within Gummies).

**Q: Does this shampoo makd the hair look and/or feel dry?**
A: On the contrary! This lightweight yet moisturizing, sulfate-free shampoo is designed to gently cleanse while adding instant lift, volume and fullness. We use ingredients like:

My skin seems to be allergic to rosemary (which this product does NOT have, unlike many other similar volumizing shampoos). So, when I've used other products targeting those of us with fine hair which do contain rosemary, my hair falls out in handfuls while and after shampooing-- not was I hoping for! This product is great-- no more wads and wads of hair in the drain while shampooing, has a lovely floral but not overpowering scent, cleans well, leaves hair silky with good lift and volume (I use a good quality conditioner too, but before applying conditioner, and after shampooing with this shampoo, hair already feels silky and clean). It's not cheap in price, but it's worth the price IMO and a little of it goes a fairly long way.
