Das Produkt war gut verpackt.Ich habe mir diese ausziehbare Kastenform gekauft, da die verschiedenen Rezepte unterschiedliche Grössen erfordern. Mit dieser flexibel einstellbaren Form vermeidet man, dass man sich diverse Formen zulegen muss, damit sich ein Rezept umsetzten lässt.Ich habe letzte Woche damit ein Brot gebacken. Aus diesem Grund war ich auf der Suche nach einer variablen Backform. Das eine Rezept verlangt eine 24er Form, das nächste eine 30er usw. Nun war ich nicht bereit, den ohnehin schon eingeschränkten Platz an zig Backformen abzutreten. Da ich bereits mit einem ausziehbaren Backblech gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe, wollte ich es nun mal mit einer Backform ausprobieren.Ich backe unsere Brote seit einiger Zeit größtenteils selbst. Mal kleine Brote, mal Große. Hier ist man einfach flexibel. Bisher wurden alle Brote hervorragend. Ich lege die Form immer noch mit Backpapier aus. Das ist jedoch optional und bei einer beschichteten Form eigentlich gar nicht notwendig. Aber irgendwie habe ich mir das so angewöhnt. Ich weiß auch nicht, ob flüssigere Teige sich nicht zwischen den Spalt mogeln würden.Momentan überlege ich, noch eine zweite Form anzuschaffen. So kann ich zwei Brote gleichzeitig backen und die Formen danach platzsparend ineinander verstauen.
