Review: SAGE WORKS but Do NOT buy this brand (if you do, keep the receipt) - I will start off by tell you my experience with the effectiveness of sage capsule and sweating. They do work. I'm not a doctor or medical professional, and I am not encouraging anyone to not follow the label. This is just my experience. I would drink sage tea (with a splash of lemon or lime juice) and take 10-12 capsules a day (5-6 twice a day or 4 three times a day) That may seem like a lot, but it worked for me, and fairly fast. Usually I could tell the difference in a couple of days. I did that for maybe a week and it was very effective. But when I stopped, the sweating came back, which I expected because you have to take it for a couple of weeks or more (consistently) in order for it to be effective long term. But overall it does work. (I would do it for a week and then get distracted and then do it for another week and get distracted again, and so on a so forth. But overall, it worked well) You are probably wondering why I gave it one star. I ordered two bottles of this, and it said sage, but it wasn't sage. I have bought this brand from desertcart before and it worked great. If you have cooked with sage, had sage tea, burned sage incense, or used a sage smudge stick, or even been around sage, you know that it has a distinct smell, and it can be a bit strong. I still had a few capsules left over from my older bottle. The capsules from the first bottle had a strong sage smell and were a light green (almost gray) color. They were very effective. On to the two new bottles I just bought. There was NO sage smell. There was NO smell at all. They were NOT the same light grayish green color as the capsules from the previous bottle. They were a medium-dark brown. They did not work. I took them consistently for a few days, and they did not seem to have the same effect as the other ones. It was the same for both of the new bottles. They were both different from the first bottle. I opened the capsules, and they had NO smell at all. The powder that came out looks like dirt. It's a shame, because the capsules with sage in them worked. But these new ones are not the real thing. If I were you, I'd try a different brand, or make my own capsules from sage powder and a capsule machine (which can be purchased on desertcart. Just make sure if you buy the 00 machine, get the 00 veggie capsules as well) If you do buy this, make sure you keep the receipt and can return it in case it's not actually sage.
Review: Purchased this product to help reduce how much I sweat, instead it improved my memory. - I purchased this product to reduce my volume of sweat as I read it helps for persons with Hyperhydrosis. It did reduce how much I sweat but it was minimal as I have now started to use it. What I did notice in the short term was my mental alertness and recall sky rocketed to the point I am getting straight A's in my course with minimal study time. I didn't fully do what I expected but surely a positive health supplement.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SAVED MY SANITY

Even though I'm only 29, I have severe hormone problems. I suffer(ed) from the most severe night sweats imaginable. I mean DRIPPING, wake up in the middle of the night to shower, toweling off a few times a night, washing sheets every day, and sleeping on a waterproof mattress protector made for kids that wet the bed. I would also sweat heavily during the day... to the point that it would drip off of my nose and elbows. So embarrassing and uncomfortable. I tried going on and off so many medications, went to a hyperhydrosis specialist, endocrinologist... to name it, I tried it. FINALLY Amazon came to the rescue when I searched "sweat pills" or something like that. I read the trusty reviews and figured it was worth a shot. WITHIN 3 DAYS I WAS SWEAT FREE. I mean NO night or day sweats, dampness or anything of the sort. MIRACLE MIRACLE MIRACLE MIRACLE MIRACLE. This has literally changed my life. However, be careful not to take too much. Once you feel the initial effect, go down to one every other day. They dried me out so bad, I ended up with dry eye and can barely wear my contacts. Hoping it is reversible.
