Is this accurate?** A: I purchased a spike all pro set for my son to take to college. It was used three times and the rim got broken. Went through the whole procedure to replace the part with the company. Been waiting going on two months for a replacement piece and all I have is a bunch of excuses from the company saying they are out of them. Yet they have tons of kits for sale. **Q: How much of an area do you need to play?** A: Hey Jeanne, the size of the play area can vary! At a beginner level, you can play indoors in a basement or living room, but in tournaments, the space can be up to 50 feet in diameter. Thanks and Spike on! **Q: Can i use a real volleyball?** A: Absolutely not. Volleyball weighs way too much. You will quickly, if not immediately destroy your set. **Q: Do you have to hit the ball 3times per side before hitting the net?** A: Nope. You can hit the ball UP TO 3 times per side but you don't need to use all 3 hits. You can only use 1 hit if you like. See the main Spikeball site for more rules. Have fun! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great improvement over original verison *by on Reviewed in the United States September 1, 2025* Kids LOVE it! Expensive set of plastic pieces, but better than the original version in durability, fit and ease of assembly. High school boys REALLY get into playing this on the sand beach, in the backyard or even dirt pad while camping. Takes a lot of hand/eye coordination so they beat this old man pretty easily, but I do have fun trying to keeping up with them! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality! *by on Reviewed in the United States May 26, 2026* Good quality! Lots of fun! May need to tighten the net several times to have the best game. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than the original . . . . *by on Reviewed in the United States March 27, 2019* This version of the popular game of spikeball is better than the original in many ways. the first and most obvious reason is that it comes with a cool backpack. Inside the bag the components are said to be 30% stronger. I find that I can't really tell but I haven't fallen on either set. Also, it comes with a ball pump which is similar to what you would take blood pressure with. Also there is a hanging (attached to zipper) plastic measuring device which you can check balls for proper inflation. I did get information on set up and rules. I did not however find any information pertaining to free registration to event/ tourney. That is okay with me as I am 37 years old and would likely be made a fool by the teens/twenties that register for these events. As for the game itself, I recommend it to most all. Requires some jumping/leaping/ falling / running however. I gave up exercise many years ago but will sprint to get to the ball if it is not too far away (arms length). Otherwise my 7 / 8 year old will get the point without objection. highly recommend this game and yes the additional money for the PRO set was worth the return in quality. ## Frequently Bought Together - Spikeball Pro Kit (Tournament Edition) - Includes Upgraded Stronger Playing Net, New Balls Designed to Add Spin, Portable Ball Pump Gauge, Backpack - As Seen on Shark Tank TV - Spikeball Replacement Balls (2 Pack) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/35250680-pro-kit-tournament-edition-includes-upgraded-stronger-playing-net-new](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/35250680-pro-kit-tournament-edition-includes-upgraded-stronger-playing-net-new) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
