Review: Helpful - This is really helpful and well put together. I do appreciate the cheaper price point making it more affordable than other books I’ve seen. I did feel like it was lacking a bit in the abdominal area on the reformer. That would be my only complaint other than that it’s a lovely book. Well worth the price I’m glad I got it that’s exactly what I wanted. Was not aware that the book has broken up into three different sections Pilates table, reformer, and I don’t know what it’s called but it’s the more advanced Pilates reformer equipment. I thought it would be a whole book just on the reformer and that’s totally fine that it’s not. I can actually appreciate this since it means I can implement some other Pilates workouts without the reformer in my routine!

This is really helpful and well put together. I do appreciate the cheaper price point making it more affordable than other books I’ve seen.
