Review: It first perfectly just make a simple inexpensive adjustment to it - This fit perfectly on my Sig P365 9mm with a DEFENDTAC Laser/Light combo. Here is the key to make it work perfectly, just replace the 2 spacers at the bottom and adjust the tightness to your liking. You can buy 12 at desertcart really cheap with screws included but you won’t need them just replace the spacer. Look for “HolsterSmith Slotted Post Ultra Holster Mounting Assemblies” and get a “L” size. that did it for me and I’m very happy with my gun being secured in the holster.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I conceal carry on the small of my back, right hand draw?**
A: Yes... But not sure how comfortable at would be. I was shown the best place to conceal carry and I have carried it this way ever since. Place the conceal holster on the inside of the waist band just behind your right hip bone. It will be easier to draw if needed. And it conceals really well. And is much more comfortable. I have carried a conceal carry guns every way to carry one. Different size of conceal carry guns as well. 
And I mostly carry behind my right hip bone. You will find your sweet spot, just by adjusting the gun and holster once behind the hip bone.

**Q: Will this holster accept a surefire xsc?**
A: It will not

**Q: Does this work with the manual safety p365?**
A: Instead of cutting the Kydex, use a heat gun or a small propane torch (at a distance) and spot-heat the kydex just where the safety lever is.  Kydex is a heat formed plastic and you can reshape it slightly to accommodate the safety with a little pressure with a tool (screwdriver or dowel) on the inside where the lever slides in. It hardens back up when it cools and you can re-adjust it 'til it is right.

**Q: Is there a owb model?**
A: Not on this model but you can purchase a separate paddle attachment and convert it. I do this for most of my holsters and change them when appropriate.

I just received the holster along with other goodies today. The holster took about 3 minutes to tighten a few screws to set the retention. No other adjustments needed for me, I tightened the clip screws. The fit feels great, I haven't drove with it in yet. But sitting at home, walking around feels great.
