**Q: if my teen is using glycolic acid for acne for the first time is 10% a good strength?**
A: I’m also not a derm, but I just finished my first batch of these (first time user). I have normal but sometimes sensitive skin and the 10% actually caused me to get some rashes around my nose and cheeks from using it once a day. So I’m switching to 5%.

**Q: I want the glycolic 15% cleansing pads. when i click on it, it says 20% cleansing pad. which is it? can i get the 15% or not?**
A: I don't know the answer, but I would say do not get the 20% because even the 15% are strong. I use 10%.

I like this stuff. Cleans up complexion nicely - not to be thought of as a substitute for a glycolic peel. Caution not to use too much if skin burns a bit - to be expected as that's a known (and expected) side effect of glycolic acid, but you're the "sensitive" type, you may not like this. I do, and I'll continue to buy it.

Have been using for several months, went up from 10%. Only use for am use. Stings and burns and had to gradually work up to daily usage. Recommended by my dermatologist for oily skin. Still oily but less than before. Definitely use a moisturizer, tried with Cerave and created a redness and severe irritation. Pros- does help with oily skin. Cons- price, irritation, ingredients

I feel like these are the only thing that have helped keep my acne at bay. My dermatologist had prescribed clindamycin wipes but I find these to be more effective. Really like them and will continue to use.
