Q: Does unit require external pressure reducer for eye wash?

The required water pressure for this eyewash station is within 0.2-0.4Mpa. If the water pressure exceed 0.4MPa, then a external pressure reducer is required, to make sure the water pressure is in the range of 0.2-0.4Mpa.

Q: What size concrete bit do I need to secure the bolt in the floor?

The size of concrete bit need to be larger than the size of the hole on the fixed base

Q: 1 1/4 water line not available. Will this unit work with a 1/2 water line with 80 psi ???

The water line size is easy to solve, just buy a proper 1-2" to 1-1/4" adapters can be addressed. The only problem is that your water pressure may not reach the required minimum water pressure of 0.2MPa. Because 80PSI=0.55MPa, when the water pipe size change from 1/2" to 1-1/4", the inlet water pressure of the eyewash station may be lower than 0.2MPa. There is a risk that the water is unable sprayed out from the eyewash nozzles. And we always test our eye wash station with 1-1/4" water line, and make sure the water pressure of our water supply is within 0.2-0.4MPa. Thus sorry that we are unable to make sure if it can work under your 1/2" water line or not.
