I contacted the company, and the owner of the Michigan company in Detroit, even called me back and explained what the problem was with my floor, and why I was having so much trouble. It made sense. So I ordered the three products needed to do the correct procedure for the product to work. It was a lot of work, but I did it right, and am just so thrilled with the outcome. My floors sparkle, clean up beautifully, and look great. I can't recommend this product highly enough, it was the answer to a prayer. Watch the video carefully at least two time to be sure you do it right. It takes time, but is well worth it!
