**Q: Is this heater 48 inches long?  We have bought one with this model # in the past and it was 48 inches long.  Dimensions show 2.9 x 6.8 x 6.8**
A: It is 48 inches long. The packaging states it too.

**Q: Are these plug in design,or hardwired?**
A: It has to be hard wired in and it needs a 220 line so I returned it. Unless this is in an area where you have a 220 line (like for your washing machine etc.) I would not buy this. I bought a Vornado and that worked fine for the area.

**Q: What is the watts wired for 120 volts**
A: Double check the literature but I believe this unit is rated at 240-volts, not 120.

**Q: Are these plug in design,or hardwired?**
A: Hard wired
