We tried it all...combing, otc treatments that promised to work after 1 treatment, even the 1% cream from the Dr. Nothing worked and every time I checked her hair there were more eggs and bugs. I treated my kiddo 5 days ago with this stuff and EVERY bug combed out DEAD!! Itching went from a 10 to a 0. We are retreating in 7 to 10 days just to be safe that all eggs are hatched and bugs die, but I FINALLY have high hopes that we beat this. Used as directed on box.
