Prefect for anyone doing Pilates a must have book
I like the picture showing the muscles for each position! This book is a must have to help you develop body awareness learning Pilates.

This is an excellent Pilates book. Very well illustrated both in terms of the postures and the muscles targeted. I use it every day.

Great starter book for Pilates
I was a little disappointed when I got this book because I was expecting it to be the version I had seen at a bookstore. This book is a condensed version of the one I wanted. However, for the price, I can't complain. Each page explains in detail how to perform the exercise and has a great visual that shows the muscles involved. It also has a DVD to go with the book. I have not watched it yet. If you are really interested in Pilates, I would recommend looking for the full version of the book.

Love it!
Love seeing the muscle groups used in different positions.The spiral bound is handy for on the go with 10 exercises. The bound book has more in it.

The book is good, but the DVD just shows the positions
The book is good, but the DVD just shows the positions. I thought it was an actual exercise program. Kind of disappointed in that.
