At least it won't clear my area - it is smaller than the machine to begin with (only a couple of inches from the rear wall). **Q: does it use hot water?** A: Just cold water but I add concentrate floor solution that I have for other machine in it just a little bit. But just regular cold water that you needed it for machine. **Q: What cleaning agent do you use?** A: Only use water in the mop head dispenser. But I sometimes spay a light mist of water w a small amount of white vinegar & Dawn on floor prior to unleashing the robot mopper! **Q: Incluyendo todo el paquete cual es su peso ? para poder importarlo** A: Hi customer.
