I'm old-school lens wearer (started wearing soft lenses at age 9, over 30 years ago!) who used to replace the lenses once per year. now the newfangled wear instructions say to use for 1 month, then discard.... and therefore you're not supposed to clean them as carefully and thoroughly. Well i tried it. after 2 weeks i would almost want to claw my eyes out. Using a daily cleaner, hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, and enzyme once per week my lenses stay clean, clear, and comfortable to wear for several months at least. just the daily cleaner & peroxide are good, but the enzyme was the missing piece to keeping them feeling like new.
