But I am sure it can. **Q: Total Stacking height in inches?** A: 7 3/8" inches or 187.325mm..........hope this helps. **Q: Can the pans be used on induction surface?** A: Yes it can used on induction surface. I used on same surface and didn't find anything wrong. **Q: The handle on the small lid came laid down. Is it broken? Is there a catch to how I get it to stay up like the other two.** A: The handle is not broken. The set is a nesting ( stacking) set. The handle on the little one lays flat for storage and it will stand up kind of leaning to one side.
