This one has kept its promise. My L-5 S1 Sciatica is exacerbated by a mild bend, like over the kitchen counter, cooking, etc. This morning I wore my belt for 3 hours in the kitchen cooking, cleaning, sitting, and I was able to complete my tasks pain free. Put the belt on before inflating it, or it won’t work. Inflate it just until you feel tension on the pump, it’s filled enough, & some reviewers have popped their belts. While I don’t want this great belt to make my core lazy, it teaches me how to hold myself up, and allows for longer tasks that aggravate my sciatica.
