We have it in a guest room in one of our rentals but we are concerned about the proclaimed weight limit of 250 pounds given that most couples together weigh more than 250 pounds. This must be a mistake because the frame seems way more solid than that and it seems to be sturdy enough to not make sounds when there is movement in the bed. This is important for guest privacy. The headboard is not a headboard in any meaningful sense but just an industrial frame. It does however, work to hold up a pillow placed behind someone's back. The space underneath is suitable for low top storage containers which is handy.
