Blood Pressure! These flowers really help keep my BP down. I make a big jug of tea using the flowers and add some local honey just to take the edge off. When I don't want to take a cup with me I pop a couple flowers in my mouth suck on them till soft, then chew them up. Love them! Nice quantity and good quality. Refreshing
We had a refreshing drink while in Punta Cana. They told us it was made with the Hisbicus flower. So when we got home we found this product. We make a tea from steeping in hot water. Then chill. Add some sweetener like honey or blue agave and it’s very refreshing and has multiple health benefits. It’s a great alternative to Diet Coke or those other chemical laden drinks.
