It works good for everything.  From holding a curtain in place to adding to a patch that has no Velcro on the back

Only thing negative I can say is they are a little thinner than the width of the molle hooks so they don't give the maximum surface area they could,  and hooks / loops coud be a little deeper.  Time will tell how they hold up
