The graphics and sound are good and the whole thing is more "adult" and less childish than most minigolf titles, though it doesn't lose fun or imagination in the process.Good course design, and the controls are very playable and intuitive. I got the hang of the controls immediately and enjoyed playing hotseat with friends. I have no idea how anyone could be confused by the interface of this game, as it's one of the easier video games I've played.The developers were working on a follow-up at one point called "Minigolf Master Online" but that got scrapped for whatever reason and they ended up publishing some minigolf titles that weren't as good as what had originally been planned.Online multiplayer, lots of courses, and VERY flexible hole/course editors would've been in Minigolf Master Online. Nice, because I dislike limiting drag-and-drop interfaces in editors that don't let you customize the graphics or load your own 3d art content into the scene; I don't want to be limited to a rearrangement of existing presets.Anyway, this game was a great start but there was hope that eGames would publish a superb follow-up to this instead of Minigolf Master 2. And they didn't. There was some ancient adware attached, but avast removed it easily enough.The only problem is that instead of the "37 great holes" advertised on the CD case, there were only 18. The full four-course version of the game - called "Miniverse Minigolf" - doesn't seem to be available anywhere.
