For example, if you are tying a wooly bugger, you can tie in the hackle and place the end of the hackle in the spring while you tie in the chenille for the body. **Q: Can you explain why this has a prop 65 warning? If they are too small buy a pair of 3X magnification reading glasses to bring the process to your eyes better. I just used the vice for tying sea bass rigs and porgy rigs with some fashaboo and one of the florescent colored ( Pink or Lime Green) to give the dropper loops more pizzazz...
