I was able to find this new set of three bread pans. They are good thick pans and they do a great job of distributing the heat evenly. My daughter made sweet bread in them and the bread cooked evenly, which it didn’t always do in the old pans that we were using. These pans are thicker than what we already had. The red silicon on the handles does help to keep the handles cooler but we do still need to use a hot pad when first taking them out of the oven. However once out of the oven it keeps them cool enough to use without a hot pad when transferring the warm bread out of the pans. The bread slides right out without sticking. I love the color of the red handles. This is now a much used set in my kitchen.*** I received this product for free for my evaluation and honest review.
