Luckily there is a virtually identical FM only model SC-PM250 which has the necessary instructions available online. I bought this unit in the knowledge that it would work with my much higher quality Denon 6 ohm two way bookshelf speakers, so I can't comment on sound quality with the included one way speakers. It does sound very good through my speakers using the CD function and reception on Dab+ is very good. It also has FM which is not mentioned in the description. The main unit is very lightweight so only time will tell on it's longevity. It's good for my purpose, I would not have bought it though without access to better speakers. I needed a unit of a similar size that had an F-type external aerial connection and could power up two sets of 6 ohm speakers. Like other reviewers I was surprised by the power and sound quality of this unit. It comes with both FM and DAB+ radio bands and it was able to find loads of stations including all the families favourites. I haven't tried the Bluetooth option yet. As others have said the manual in NOT in English, but I was able to download one for a similar Panasonic unit without FM that has all the information I needed. Die Komponenten sind in Polystyrol sicher gelagert und zum Schutz zusĂ€tzlich in Polsterfolie verpackt. Bereits beim Auspacken ĂŒberzeugen Material und VerarbeitungsqualitĂ€t. ZunĂ€chst mĂŒssen die Haupteinheit (184 x 123 x 228mm) mit Netzkabel und Wurfantenne komplettiert und die zwei Lautsprecher (je 10 Watt - 139 x 224 x 136) per Klick-Verbinder angeschlossen werden. FĂŒr die Fernbedienung wird eine AA-Batterie benötigt, die sich nicht im Lieferumfang befindet. Die vergleichsweise kurz gefasste Schnellstart-Anleitung lĂ€sst viele Fragen offen. Daher empfiehlt es sich, dem enthaltenen Link bzw. QR-Code zu folgen und die ausfĂŒhrliche Bedienungsanleitung (14 Seiten) von der Panasonic-Support-Seite herunterzuladen und auszudrucken. Dass diese Anleitung (im Allgemeinen wird dafĂŒr als BegrĂŒndung das DeckmĂ€ntelchen Umwelt verwendet) nicht mitgeliefert wird, ist angesichts der fĂŒr dieses eher traditionelle Radio avisierten Zielgruppe Ü60 schon Ă€rgerlich, da entsprechende Internet-FĂ€higkeiten und Möglichkeiten kaum zwangslĂ€ufig vorauszusetzen sind. Die Inbetriebnahme funktioniert nach BetĂ€tigen des Einschalters sehr schnell. Das CD-Laufwerk ist sofort bereit und mit den bekannten Tasten am GerĂ€t oder ĂŒber die Fernbedienung zu betĂ€tigen. Ebenso kann ein USB-Stick an der Front eingesteckt werden. Das Bluetooth-Pairing ist fĂŒr insgesamt 8 GerĂ€te möglich - dann wird das zuerst verbundene GerĂ€t gelöscht.
