Tamiya white first (over primer if needed), then the pearl white. The pearl white is a very thin paint (more of just a top coat) , it would take a lot to actually cover any color, paint or plastic. The pearl white adds the finishing touch and adds the pearl coat (with the so called pearls in it). **Q: Cartoon bomb graphics vynil wrap is this suitable top coat and what effect on colors?** A: Always. Always. Always run a test. Allow extra time for the paint to dry and ‘gas out’. Good luck. Go slow as pearl can turn underlying color and or graphics ‘milky’. Recommend a clear coat to protect the pearl.
