So useless.Reported to Zebra via tech support. Promised a replacement on 9th Jan. It is now 19th March.Despite lots of emails back & forth, I am getting nowhere.Finally a box turned up today & they had sent me a power cable not a replacement printer. Completely useless ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First impressions good *by G***T on 28 May 2021* First impressions were good. Nice packaging. Felt clean and simple.The product looks and feels great. My husband even made the comment that it had the look and feel of an Apple product which is high praise from him!No problems with the set up – it took around 10 minutes to print my first label. You just needed to scan a barcode that took you to an app to set up. You will need to install on your PC though to use the label designer software.Have only used to print a few labels so far without any problems. It was also really easy to change the label cartridges.
