Also, the release cable holder on the base was also pre-attached upside down, so that had to be reattached properly using a tiny hex wrench. Otherwise, a very nice high-quality water rocket launcher. Our maiden launch at 90 PSI took our 1-liter bottle to amazing heights... we almost lost our rocket since we weren't in a large enough space for recovery. Make sure you only use this in a very large, wide open space such as a large park or field. Fun to watch for kids 5 and up. This is a great toy and can be educational for older kids 12 and up if you discuss the principles of propulsion and use some simple tools to calculate the height at apogee. NASA has a nice little website where you can print-out materials to create tools to do just that. Not recommended and messy would be things like air and flour, cream of wheat, and similar dry cereals although these do not perform that well and leave a mess behind unlike just air or water. **Q: Is there a way to fit a remote release? Also, what kind of altitude meter can I get? Thanks** A: We have plans to develop a remote release this year, but that may take some time. Currently the 10 ft. cable is as remote as it gets. We will be coming out with a cable joiner in the next month or two that will connect another 10 ft. cable making it 20 ft. and it should allow multiples of these if you want to be even further away. You can see the application of it in the assembly video that is linked in the instruction PDF and it has been uploaded on Amazon as well. It does take 24 hours to cure and harden before you can use the launcher, so plan accordingly. **Q: How many nozzles come in a kit? (Not including strato fins)** A: Only 1 nozzle comes in the kit, which can be used on the StratoFins or used without the StratoFins. The StratoFins do not come with a nozzle, since they were designed and sold to be used on most any water rocket launcher whether it uses a nozzle or not.
