## Questions & Answers

**Q: Have you experienced too much foaming even diluted per instructions**
A: This product worked well for me....better than the KitchenAid product. Follow the directions on the bottle. This product calls for less solution for cleaning than the Whirlpool/KitchenAid product. Excessive foaming did not occur.

**Q: Can you use this on an igloo portable counter top icemaker? Please someone let me know thank you**
A: I have a portable NewAir counter top icemaker and the product works well for cleaning it. My icemaker has a cleaning cycle on it, but I have also run this solution through on a normal ice making cycle to clean. I just disposed of the ice made after all solution was used up. Make sure to run fresh water through the cycle after using solution and rinse surfaces as well.

**Q: Is this usable on a follett 7 series ice/water dispenser?**
A: I don't think it is brand specific. I have even used this in other applications that are not ice makers and it works very well to get that scale off. I have been really pleased with the results on everything I have used it for. But of course if you want to be absolutely sure, consider contacting the manufacturer. This is a five star product in my book, it goes a long way and lives up to its promises.

**Q: Does it contain phosphoric acid**
A: No. here are ingredients;
Component                                                      Concentration
Citric acid monohydrate (CAS no.: 5949-29-1) 15 - 35 % (weight)
Glycolic acid (CAS no.: 79-14-1) 15 - 35 % (weight)
Propylene glycol (CAS no.: 57-55-6) 2 - 4 % (weight)
