On to the reel itself, the spool capacity holds a good amount of line. I’ve put 15lb fluorocarbon on this particular reel for use as a general purpose, take anywhere and do just about anything set up. It’s worth mentioning though to those who have 4000 sized reels (my Abu Cardinal SX40 and Daiwa Ninja BG LT 4000 are pictured) to compare it to that the difference in overall size is minimal.
