I love this speaker. It is so easy to set up and doesn't have a lot of wires floating around on your desk. The sound is excellent.

Easy to install, bluetooth works well. Can't speak on the durability in 4 months, but sound is great.

This is a solid speaker. It is not the best speaker, but for my purposes it works great.I purchased this speaker because I wanted an external volume knob on the speaker itself to adjust on the fly while watching videos or playing games. It's much easier than adjusting your PC volume all the time.I also wanted a speaker that was not battery powered to be a permanent fixture to my pc. My desk also does not have a huge amount of space to spare.It is powered by a USB and has an auxiliary plug wired directly out of the back. Because it is not battery powered it does not have a terribly loud buzz when it is on but not making sound. There is one, as I feel there is an almost every speaker. But it is not as pronounced as other models I have tried.It does have RGB lights, but all you can really do is set it to random or off. Pretty though I suppose?It doesn't have incredibly deep base but it does have decent sound quality overall especially considering the size. Maxed out the sound does get a bit washed out but there is not really any rattle in the speaker itself or anything.Most of those things are livable considering the size and sturdiness of it. My only real complaint would be that the built-in auxiliary port for you to plug your headphones into drastically seems to drop the sound quality. I use the same headphones to plug directly into the PC and then again into the speakers. It's obvious what the outcome would be, just don't be surprised when you find yourself not using that port in any way shape or form.4 stars for the combined minor issues + price tag, but overall it does what it says and is not a super cheap piece of junk or anything in my opinion

Fast delivery and great sound

The package was late and the outer packaging is a little damaged on Arrival, that were just some minor issues due to the violent logistics, the seller could not control. The product inside is safe, but the Bluetooth does not workUPDATE REVIEW...This is an update. Bluedee customer service is definitely the best! They saw my comment and reached out to me to solve the issue. They did care about my shopping experience. If you encounter any issues, you can contact them by email, and they will respond within 24 hours. They are the best company I have ever seen, with competitive products and top-notch customer service.I read several bad reviews on this product:1. Statics or crackling noises when playing music2. Bluetooth connection failure3. No sound in 3.5 mm wired connectionI believe these problems are mainly due to the violent logistics or they did not know how to set it up. If they had tried to contact Bluedee customer service first instead of rushing to comment with complaints or return the speaker, I believe they would have solved the problems already.Please pay attention to your Amazon message or Email. I blocked Amazon message before, so I have never received the following-up message from Bluedee that's why I left a bad review when I encountered Bluetooth connection failure. Luckily, I saw Emails from Bluedee in my spam box the other day, and they finally got the chance to fix the issue for me. A hundred likes!

I would give this a higher rating, but I have an issue with the sound when whatever I am doing is too quiet. It will cutout at quite parts of shows/games, and then cut back in when it gets a bit louder. This can be infuriating at times because it really takes away from the quality of whatever I am.doing.

For the price it’s doing a great job. I had it for over 5 months now and I’m not having any bad issues at all with it. 👍

A few months after buying an SK010, and liking it A LOT, I had an issue with it and they made good on it immediately with no hassle at all. I will absolutely buy from them again, they're GREAT!!!
