This tool worked great for removing my rear axle bearings, but the little pin that holds the swiveling puller head part to the threaded shaft is only has a straight knurl on one side and it's a little bit more loose than ideal. I just about crapped myself when it came apart on me and it was inside the axle housing. I was cursing buying a cheap tool for a diy repair. After I calmed down and got my magnet and pulled it out I saw what had happened and I was able to reassemble the tool with a hammer and finish the job. The "T" handle on the end of the main slide hammer bar itself is also lightly straight knurled and pressed through, so it's a little too loose as well. I would not recommend this tool if you're going to be using it to make a living but all in all, it's a decent tool for a diy'er like myself and it is cheaper than harbor freight for the same setup. Just pay attention while you're using it and maybe give it a look over first. I would buy it again if I needed to.
