If you can' have that, go with biomin. Biomin is also much less $. Biomin's fluoridated version will be available sometime in 2021. It was FDA approved at the end of 2020. **Q: Since biomin f is clearly superior but not in the us should i use this one with a flouride mouth wash to compensate for the lack of fluoride?** A: FYI a 12 tube pack of Biomin F is available right now (Aug 2021) directly from Biomin website for $112 final cost (no additional shipping) **Q: what country making this paste?** A: Originally the u.k, but I believe this formula is made in the USA. The formula had to be changed because of government regulations. The original biomin f formula is better. **Q: This toothpaste does have nano hydroxyapatite in it?** A: No. This uses nano ceramic glasses that contain chloride that when enter the tooth, creates a reaction that creates a hydroxyapatite layer on the tooth and in the tooth's tubules. It's a completely different technology than nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes.
