I took one extra link out more than I did yesterday. It was a little uncomfortable, but because it was so solidly around me, it didn’t bend and create places the wheels would catch as it went around. I read somewhere about putting one foot in front of the other and moving slower than you think you should, and I will agree with both of those things too. So make it a little too tight, make the rope as short as it will go (at least to start until you get the hang of it), and do the hip movements slower than you think you should. It definitely takes lots of practice but I do feel like I’m getting better with it. Lol my husband says I look like a video game character as you’re choosing your player.
