I was expecting that it will take time to delivery because it is heavy item, but item arrived third day of order in Bangalore, so people in Bangalore can get fast delivery. I am using it for about 4 days now, I have not checked the full battery back up time, but checked for about 5 mins. and it runs fine. It makes some feeble buzzing sound when in battery mode like other UPS. I am powering a LG 49" LED TV (~110W), CPU (~150W average - Pentium G4500 based), Router, Printer, DTH box. Running fine. Noteworthy features: - The manual says that you should not plug "surge protected" power strips to the outlet but only use plain power strips. - On power outage, it does NOT make annoying loud beep sound but more comfortable to hear beeps. Also, beep starts 1 min AFTER power failure and thereafter beeps every minute. It is supposed to make 2 beeps every 10 seconds once battery power is left for 2 mins only. (I did not check full discharge) - Batter Saver feature is supposed to enhance life of battery (while slightly reducing backup time). Battery Saver also turns on No Load Shutdown feature, which means if load is less than 30W, the UPS will shutdown after 5 mins. If you want to use it for router / cordless phone / printer etc. primarily and have generator power that comes within 5 mins, you can still use the Battery Saver feature otherwise you may need to turn it off. - The size is different from typical other 600VA ups, so make sure you have enough height where you want to keep it. The stand like plastic base is integrated and you cannot put the UPS in any other position (it is recommended to keep straight also as the base is made strong to take weight of battery and transformer). - The arrangement of 3 power outlets at the back looks neat, but usability is a challenge. It is working absolutely O.K. After the battery got fully charged, I have tried it out by switching the main power OFF. The UPS continued to give power to my PC and my data was not lost. I kept working on my computer for about 15 mins without power supply and there was no problem. After about 15 mins, I heard continuous beeping sound (1 beep per second) and the Power ON/OFF started flashing green, I switched ON the main power again. Then 'Charging LED' illuminated showing that the battery is now getting charged. Throughout this time, my data was not lost and 15 mins is good enough time to save your work before the computer gets totally switched OFF. I love the product.
