It's slightly fitted and isn't too boxy. The stretch is good, especially because it's a snug fit. I'm 5'7" and weight around 130 lbs. I'm very small boned, which is another way of saying that I have scrawny, toothpick arms. The sleeves are a little snug but I won't be wearing the jacket over a bulky sweater so they work fine. People here said to size up, so I got both a small and medium. The medium was a little too big. It looks really well made, and doesn't look cheap at all. It is a perfect fit with plenty of room for a sweater underneath, without being boxy or too short and is slightly fitted. The material is stretchy and the perfect weight - soft and comfortable. It is very well made and a good value. The sleeves are long on me as they always are at my height but easy to roll up, so if you are taller these will be fine. I ordered another jacket which I am returning ( thank you Amazon), because it was heavier and not as flattering and more like ones I tried on in local stores.
