Assembly was a snap and even without a manual it is easy to figure how to use it, I am very impressed with the construction of this product. It is built for durability. I expect it to hold up for a long time. About 3 months ago I purchase the spring loaded Ab Slider. It just broke. I found after reading other reviews, they don't hold up well.I hope a user manual is being put together that will give some work out routines. that would be helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really Works the Abs Well!! *by M***7 on Reviewed in the United States on May 14, 2016* The Portable Ab Roller by Parateck is a great work out for your Abs no matter what level of exercise you are at. It has a nice sleek design, comfortable foam handles, it's relatively inexpensive, high quality/very durable and is foldable as well. It also comes with a small knee pad, which I found helpful since I've had knee surgery before. Since it folds down it's easily portable, so I can just throw it in my gym bag. Assembly consists of screwing on the two handles, super simple. No instructions included, however, if you've ever owned an Ab roller you know how to use it. Although it would have been nice to have a booklet and/or some sort of instructions included with my Ab roller that includes different exercises that can be done with the product.As soon as I took it out of the box, it was clearly evident that this is a very heavy duty piece of exercise equipment. It is well constructed, everything works as it should and it can be used on just about any surface; carpet, tile, vinyl, even hardwood floors. Overall, I really like this Ab roller and I've incorporated it into my workout routine. Word to the Wise: start off slow!! I haven't exercised my Abs like that in a while and I definitely could "feel the burn". This product really works the Abs well!Please note that I received this product at a special reduced promotional price in exchange for my honest evaluation and unbiased review. As a matter of fact even my forearms and lats felt some of the burn after working out with this Ab Roller. Ab wheels in general are a good way to work out multiple muscle groups at the same time. Not only does that save you time but it improves coordination, learning to balance strengthens your smaller stabilizer muscles and I've read that some doctors feel that exercises that work the body as a unit can help speed up the metabolism and are safer for people with high blood pressure, although you should check out the last two claims for yourself. Please don't take medical advice from an Amazon review It'e heavy duty. I'm about 270 pounds and it works fine for me.The best thing about this Roller is how portable it is.
