A: It comes in a padded fitted box in a plastic bag so it's well protected and will stay dry if left out in the rain

**Q: Is it dual sim or single sim?**
A: Dual sim, and think you can use it as expansion slot as I have on my I7 .  Although on this phone use it for my American sim/ UK

**Q: Does this 5g model have the Snapdragon 855 in it?**
A: I'm not sure if it as or not ,but I find the fone very good and much better than the note 10 I had

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Verh fast and amazing to use. No eSim capability. Very fragile.

Great device but disappointing that this seems to be the only model in the S20 that doesn't support eSim. Very annoying. Also the screen has cracked very quickly so is super fragile. Even with a supposed heavy duty protector and case. Apart from the above, the device is quick and has everything I could ever need speed and tech wise (except eSim!) Which will probably be the only reason I upgrade this phone.
