In the pack I got, one is black and the other gray, and every year I put my monthly business receipts and statements in one of these by month. For the HOA I have them sorted another way but have plenty of spaces to cover all the categories of records. They fit 8.5 x 11 records, they come with the little tabs to slide in so you can label each section. They are strong and durable and have an elastic band to close them up (but I wrap the lid around and secure it with the elastic so they sit open on my desk ready for filing at any time!).
