Sprained her ankle in dance. This Xsmall is a little big on her but we are able to tighten it pretty good. The Drs have been impressed by this brace - and said to keep wearing it as she returns to her physical activities. I took the plastic ankle support pieces out and just wear them as...I guess internal spats lol. I took my boots off the other day to go rock climbing and the canvas stood up to rough rocks very well, not even a snag. Very comfortable for long patrols as a security guard. If you are gonna use them like I do, you should cut the laces and learn to tie a sheet bend knot so its flatter against your foot inside your shoe if you're wearing anything high top.Anyway 10/10 and I will be buying more.
